Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
1.协助完善标准工时数据库；
2.核实生产数据；
3.各类生产报表整合统计；
4.计算核对生产部的计件工资；
5.跟进车间效率，和标准对比，分析工序无价值的时间浪费，推动车间标准化的执行，确保标准工时的准确并应用推广到全车间；
6.车间及生产线的布局规划，利用IE 的理论，绩效、评估和工作流程，以最大限度地提高效率；
7.协助上级主管完成项目，和相关的职能部门合作，利用IE 的理念，为工厂长期的运营效益参与或发起项目；
8.公司委派的其他任务。
1.Develop standard working hours through action analysis, and provide process sheet to workshop in time，Perfect the database of standard working hours;
2.Verify production data;
3.Collect and statistic kind of production report;
4.Calculate and verify piece wage of production department;
5.Follow up the workshop efficiency, compare with the standard, analyze the wasted time in the process, promote the implementation of workshop standardization, ensure the accuracy of standard working hours and popularize to the whole workshop;
6.Workshop and production line layout planning, using IE theory, performance, evaluation and workflow to maximize efficiency;
7.Assist superior supervisor to complete the project, cooperate with relevant departments, participate in or initiate the project for the long-term operation benefit of the factory with the concept of IE;
8Finish other task by company.
Requirements/任职资格：
1.大专或以上学历，IE相关专业；
2.有一定的英文听说读写能力者优先；
3.12年以上IE工作经验,有制衣公司IE工作经验及熟悉吊挂系统者优先;
4.有制衣车缝经验。
1.College or above, major in IE;
2.There is English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred;
3.At least 12 year IE experience, IE experience in garment factory and familiar with Hang System is preferred;
4.Have sewing experience of garment.
