Responsibilities:
？ Specify, develop, validate, install, manage process for new products - Including tooling, gages and equipment.
- Complete “manufacturing release process” for these new programs
- Continual improvement for build process and efficiency
？ Provide technical support for Plant Operations
？ Create and maintain Process Flow Control Plan for Build Cell
？ Maintain “Build Cell” template.
？ Interface with Central Engineers for knowledge transfer
？ Prepare for Product Line-Side Reviews
？ Make regular contact with others outside of the work group and act as a Technical liaison between Prototype Operations and Central / Plant ME Groups
？ Maintain monthly records for Budget, Customer Interface Gaging, programs/projects and meeting/process reviews.
？ Understand and Lead Safety and Ergonomic requirements.
？ Develop job instruction and Train Operators and Technicians
？ Assistance with PE to problem solving, summary and share Lesson learn

Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree with major in Mechanical Engineering related
？ At least 5 years working in Manufacturing Engineering field in Automotive industry
？ Knowledge of Product Design (preferred), Process Design, Blueprint Reading, GD
