-Daily/weekly follow up transition activities
-KT progress check
-Sign off follow up
-Process readiness follow up
-Risk and issue management
-monthly service report setup
-Technology readiness follow up

Requirement:

* 10 years of working experience
* 2 transition project experience
* Good understanding of Application Maintenance Servcie
* Good at PPT and presentation
* Understand any one of the below techniques: Java, .net, PowerApps
* Good technique of communication and problem solving
* Good English oral and written
* Result driven, diligent, positive
* PMP certification
* Vendor management experience is a plus
* Better has medical device or manufacturing industry experience
