岗位描述： 1、 负责中东区域（沙特）的整体供应链方案设计，对物流时效和用户体验负责。 2、物流。围绕国家站业务目标，制定长远的适合aliexpress用户的履约交期产品的运营计划（快递&邮包等），并能与合作团队合作共赢。牵头相关项目落地并达成结果； 3、能根据不同行业的商品特点（体积、重量、带电带液）提供不同的物流解决方案，确保跨境商品低成本高效率的交付履约。 4、仓储。海外仓/优选仓招商：协同物流团队/行业团队提供仓发供应链解决方案，让更多商家选择海外仓/优选仓进行跨境 1、in charge of developing supply chain solutions for the middle east region (gcc), with a focus on enhancing logistics efficiency and improving customer experience. 2、logistics: according to the region target, develop long-term operational plans for delivery times and cost of products to meet the needs of aliexpress users, while working collaboratively with the team to achieve success in related projects. 3、solusion. provide different logistics solutions based on the characteristics of different product types (such as volume, weight, and hazardous materials) to ensure low-cost and efficient delivery of cross-border products. 4、warehousing: collaborate with logistics and category teams to provide warehouse supply chain solutions for overseas and cross-border warehouses, encouraging more merchants to use these warehouses for cross-border delivery. 岗位要求： 1. 有跨境电商相关从业经历，对跨境物流行业有洞察优先；或有主流物流服务商大客户拓展相关经历 2. 有良好的业务需求梳理和数据分析能力，能够完整的梳理多环节的成本占比； 3. 中英文流利，会阿拉伯语优先 4. 熟悉中东物流市场，拥有海外工作/学习经历加分优先 1、experience in cross-border e-commerce, insight into cross-border logistics industry is preferred; or experience in key account development of mainstream logistics service providers 2、strong ability to analyze business needs and data, and to understand cost ratios across multiple stages. 3、fluent in both english and chinese, with a preference for the arabic language of hebrew language skills. 4、familiarity with the logistics market in the middle east and overseas work/study experience would be an added advantage.
